Eligible Occupants definition

Eligible Occupants means individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Schedule “A”;
Eligible Occupants are limited to those persons residing together in a Dwelling Unit who collectively have an Income that does not exceed Housing Income Limits, as defined below.
Eligible Occupants means persons who meet the requirements of the occupancy restriction in Section 12.5.

Examples of Eligible Occupants in a sentence

  • The Lessee wishes to provide housing for Eligible Occupants and requires a lease of the Lands for this purpose.

  • Project” shall mean the overall development on the Premises with Affordable Housing buildings for Eligible Occupants, consisting of three unique Phases.

  • Community Center” shall mean, minimally, an approximately 11,000 square foot facility, which will be constructed and operated on the Premises, and which will serve all Eligible Occupants and the Non-Resident Users, in accordance with the Community Center rules.

  • The Grantor acknowledges and agrees that it is entering into this Agreement to benefit the public interest in providing the Affordable Rental Strata Lot for Eligible Occupants, and that the City’s rights and remedies under this Agreement are necessary to ensure that this purpose is carried out, and the City’s rights and remedies under this Agreement are fair and reasonable and ought not to be construed as a penalty or forfeiture.

  • Eligible Occupants Persons who are not considered eligible occupants will not be allowed to access housing at UMR.

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.

  • domestic premises means any premises used wholly or partly as a dwelling or intended for such use;

  • Occupant means any person or persons over the age of eighteen years in possession of the property.
