Eligible Personnel means any full-time sworn or civilian employee suffering from a medically certified injury, illness, physical condition, or disability requiring treatment of a licensed health care provider, and who, because of the injury, illness, physical condition, or disability is temporarily unable to perform their regular duty assignment, but is capable of performing a temporary limited duty assignment.

Eligible Personnel. For purpose of this policy, any bargaining unit member suffering from a medically certified illness, injury or disability requiring treatment of a licensed health care provider and who, because of injury, illness or disability, is unable to perform the regular assignment but is capable of performing alternative assignments.
