Eligible Personnel definition

Eligible Personnel means Contractor’s or its Affiliate’s personnel assigned to a eligible position identified on Exhibit AA who: (i) is engaged in the performance of the Work at the Job Site on a full-time basis for a period of at least six (6) consecutive months prior to the completion of the Incentive Performance Milestone; (ii) has an Owner-approved PAAF and remains working on the Job Site through the applicable demobilization date, as mutually agreed upon by Owner and Contractor (such agreement to demobilize shall not be unreasonably withheld by Owner); (iii) is employed in good standing (as determined by Contractor) as of the date on which the Incentive Payment is to be paid; (iv) is identified on Contractor’s performance milestone incentive list, as approved by Owner and updated by Contractor on a monthly basis and (v) is not part of part of Contractor’s commissioning staff.

Eligible Personnel means any full-time sworn or civilian employee suffering from a medically certified injury, illness, physical condition, or disability requiring treatment of a licensed health care provider, and who, because of the injury, illness, physical condition, or disability is temporarily unable to perform their regular duty assignment, but is capable of performing a temporary limited duty assignment.

Eligible Personnel means officers and executive, managerial, or professional employees of the Company or any Subsidiary and consultants to the Company or a Subsidiary.

Examples of Eligible Personnel in a sentence

• The maximum number of common shares, which may be subject to option to any one Eligible Personnel, may not exceed 5% of the number of issued and outstanding common shares at the time of the grant of any option.

• Eligible Personnel – Regular status employees at the highest step of the Deputy Attorney IV and Legal Research Attorney IV classifications in each attorney series performing an assignment requiring a greater level of skill and/or difficulty, and/or demonstrating exceptional performance in a position may be eligible for Deputy Attorney V compensation.

• For clarification and not limitation, the License permits access or use by USER’s employees and contracted personnel performing USER’s public responsibilities (said employees or contracted personnel may be referred to as “Eligible Personnel” and, as applicable throughout this HCUA, the term “USER” shall include and apply to Eligible Personnel).

• Eligible Personnel – Regular status employees in the classifications of Deputy Attorney IV and Legal Research Attorney IV performing an assignment requiring a greater level of skill and/or difficulty, and/or demonstrating exceptional performance in a position may be eligible for Deputy Attorney V compensation.

• Eligible Personnel – Regular status employees at the highest step of the Child Support Attorney IV classification performing assignments requiring greater level of skill and/or difficulty, and/or demonstrating exceptional performance in a position may be eligible for Senior Attorney Compensation.

Eligible Personnel. For purpose of this policy, any bargaining unit member suffering from a medically certified illness, injury or disability requiring treatment of a licensed health care provider and who, because of injury, illness or disability, is unable to perform the regular assignment but is capable of performing alternative assignments. Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA): Federal law providing for up to 12 weeks of annual leave for workers- in addition to leave provided by this agency- due to illness, injury, or certain other family conditions or situations.
