Eligible Personnel definition

Eligible Personnel means any full-time sworn or civilian employee suffering from a medically certified injury, illness, physical condition, or disability requiring treatment of a licensed health care provider, and who, because of the injury, illness, physical condition, or disability is temporarily unable to perform their regular duty assignment, but is capable of performing a temporary limited duty assignment.
Eligible Personnel means officers and executive, managerial, or professional employees of the Company or any Subsidiary and consultants to the Company or a Subsidiary.
Eligible Personnel and ‘EP’ means individuals who access services provided by or on behalf of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and ‘Eligible Person’ has a corresponding meaning;

Eligible Personnel. For purpose of this policy, any bargaining unit member suffering from a medically certified illness, injury or disability requiring treatment of a licensed health care provider and who, because of injury, illness or disability, is unable to perform the regular assignment but is capable of performing alternative assignments. Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA): Federal law providing for up to 12 weeks of annual leave for workers- in addition to leave provided by this agency- due to illness, injury, or certain other family conditions or situations.

  • Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.

  • Eligible Participants means persons who, at a particular time, are employees, officers, consultants, or directors of the Company or its subsidiaries;

  • Covered Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Ineligible Person shall include an individual or entity who:

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Key Individuals means the Service Provider Representatives identified as being key individuals for the provision of the Services as set out in Schedule 5.5.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
