Eligible Personnel definition

Eligible Personnel means Contractor’s or its Affiliate’s personnel assigned to a eligible position identified on Exhibit AA who: (i) is engaged in the performance of the Work at the Job Site on a full-time basis for a period of at least six (6) consecutive months prior to the completion of the relevant Incentive Performance Milestone; (ii) has an Owner-approved PAAF and remains working on the Job Site through the applicable demobilization date, as mutually agreed upon by Owner and Contractor (such agreement to demobilize shall not be unreasonably withheld by Owner); (iii) is employed in good standing (as determined by Contractor) as of the date on which the relevant Incentive Payment is to be paid; (iv) is identified on Contractor’s performance milestone incentive list, as approved by Owner and updated by Contractor on a monthly basis and (v) is not part of part of Contractor’s commissioning staff.
Eligible Personnel means officers and executive, managerial, or professional employees of the Company or any Subsidiary and consultants to the Company or a Subsidiary.

More Definitions of Eligible Personnel

Eligible Personnel and ‘EP’ means individuals who access services provided by or on behalf of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and ‘Eligible Person’ has a corresponding meaning;
Eligible Personnel means in respect of any Fiscal Year, those persons who were the Company's executive officers on the ninetieth (90th) day of such Fiscal Year.

Related to Eligible Personnel

  • Eligible Person means each officer, Director, Employee, Consultant and other person who provides services to the Company or any Related Entity. The foregoing notwithstanding, only Employees of the Company, or any parent corporation or subsidiary corporation of the Company (as those terms are defined in Sections 424(e) and (f) of the Code, respectively), shall be Eligible Persons for purposes of receiving any Incentive Stock Options. An Employee on leave of absence may, in the discretion of the Committee, be considered as still in the employ of the Company or a Related Entity for purposes of eligibility for participation in the Plan.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
