Eligible Produce definition

Eligible Produce. Defined. For the purposes of this Application/Agreement:
Eligible Produce consists only of fresh fruits, vegetables or herbs that are grown in Pennsylvania. “Eligible produce” does not include citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit or tangerines, nor does it include tropical fruits such as bananas, pineapple and mangoes. Disputes over what constitutes “eligible produce” under the Programs shall be resolved by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture or designee. As stated in Paragraph No. 11(r), titled Additional Terms, “eligible produce” must be purchased directly from the farmer, and not from a wholesaler.

  • Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.

  • Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:

  • Eligible provider means an incumbent local exchange carrier as defined in section 251(h) of the telecommunications act of 1996, 47 USC 251, that as of January 1, 2009 had rates for intrastate switched toll access services higher than its rates for the same interstate switched toll access services, and that provides the services and functionalities identified by rules of the federal communications commission described at 47 CFR 54.101(a).

  • Recyclable Product means the ability of a product and its packaging to be reused, reconditioned for use, or recycled through existing recycling collection programs.

  • Free product means a contaminant that is present as a non-aqueous phase liquid for chemicals whose melting point is less than 30° C (e.g., liquid not dissolved in water).

  • House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.

  • Accelerator-produced material means any material made radioactive by a particle accelerator.

  • Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.

  • Eligible pupil means a pupil who has been expelled from school under the mandatory expulsion provisions in section 1311 or 1311a of the revised school code, MCL 380.1311 and 380.1311a, a pupil who has been suspended or expelled from school under a local policy, a pupil who is referred by a court, a pupil who is pregnant or is a parent, a pupil who was previously a dropout, or a pupil who is determined by the district to be at risk of dropping out.

  • Alternative nicotine product means any noncombustible product containing nicotine that is intended for human consumption, whether chewed, absorbed, dissolved, or ingested by any other means. "Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product, tobacco product, or product regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21

  • Adjustable Product Data means the Adjustable Product Data as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means all Finished Goods Inventory that is Eligible Inventory.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.

  • Finished Goods means units of a manufactured product awaiting sale.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • Qualified vendor means a vendor who:

  • Nondesignated country end product means any end product that is not a U.S.-made end product or a designated country end product.
