Eligible support staff member means an individual to whom both of the following apply:
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile
Teaching staff member means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
Other Eligible Support means, with respect to a party, the items, if any, specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.
crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;
Law enforcement support staff member means a person who serves
Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.
Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Service contract holder or “contract holder” means a person who is the purchaser or holder of a service contract.
Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.
flight crew member means a licensed crew member charged with duties essential to the operation of an aircraft during a flight duty period;
Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:
Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.
Non-Administrator Hospital means a Hospital that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Hospital.
Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;
Education service provider means an education management organization, school
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Advanced life support or “ALS” means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital.
Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
