Elk Hills Power Plant definition

Elk Hills Power Plant means the 550 MW natural gas-fired, combined cycle cogeneration facility commonly known as the Elk Hills Power Plant located in western Xxxx County, California, approximately 25 miles west of Bakersfield, California, near the intersection of Elk Hills Road and Skyline Road.
Elk Hills Power Plant means that certain 550-megawatt natural gas, combined-cycle power plant located at the Elk Hills oil field in Tupman, California.
