Examples of EM LLC in a sentence

  • In exchange for the Company Shares, EMT Sub shall transfer a portion of the units of its parent company, EM LLC, owned by EMT Sub (the “EM Units”) to the Company Shareholders in accordance with the Share Exchange Ratio (as defined in Section 2.2 of this Agreement).

  • The Company will furnish all information concerning the Company as EM LLC and Acquiror may reasonably request in connection with the preparation of any filings.

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • GP LLC means Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
