GP LLC definition

GP LLC means Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

GP LLC has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

GP LLC means Xxxxxxx Royalty GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the general partner of the Partnership.
