EMEA Cases definition

EMEA Cases has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
EMEA Cases means the proceedings commenced by the applications filed with the English Court on the Petition Date, pursuant to the Insolvency Act of 1986, as amended (the “Insolvency Act”) and the European Union’s Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on Insolvency Proceedings.
EMEA Cases has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement. “EMEA Debtors” has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement. “EMEA Designated Purchaser” has the meaning attributed to that term in the EMEA Asset Sale Agreement.

Related to EMEA Cases

  • Chapter 11 Cases means, collectively: (a) when used with reference to a particular Debtor, the case pending for that Debtor under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court; and (b) when used with reference to all the Debtors, the procedurally consolidated and jointly administered chapter 11 cases pending for the Debtors in the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Bankruptcy Cases has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • COVID-19 case means a person who:

  • EMEA means the European Medicines Evaluation Agency or any successor agency thereto.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.
