Emergency Action Plan Exercise means an activity designed to promote emergency preparedness; test or evaluate EAPs, procedures, or facilities; train personnel in emergency management duties; and demonstrate operational capability. In response to a simulated event, exercises should consist of the performance of duties, tasks, or operations very similar to the way they would be performed in a real emergency. An exercise may include but not be limited to drills and tabletop exercises.

  • Emergency Action Plan means the plan referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, detailing the activities, budget, implementation plan, and monitoring and evaluation arrangements, to respond to the Eligible Crisis or Emergency.

  • Emergency Action means any emergency action for locational or system-wide capacity shortages that either utilizes pre-emergency mandatory load management reductions or other emergency capacity, or initiates a more severe action including, but not limited to, a Voltage Reduction Warning, Voltage Reduction Action, Manual Load Dump Warning, or Manual Load Dump Action.

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8.

  • Emergency call means a telephone request or text message request for service which requires immediate action to prevent loss of life, reduce bodily injury, prevent or reduce loss of property and respond to other emergency situations determined by local policy.

  • Resettlement Action Plan or “RAP”, means a plan approved by the Association, to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the RPF, setting forth principles and procedures governing land acquisition or other associated Project impacts, resettlement and compensation of Affected Persons, as well as reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with the said plan, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and “Resettlement Action Plans” or “RAPs” shall mean such Resettlement Action Plans, collectively.
