Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means the Schedule containing plans and provisions for business continuity and disaster recovery.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan has the meaning given in the Operating Requirements and, for the purposes of this Participation Agreement, refers to XXXX’x “Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery” document suite, as amended by XXXX from time to time.
