Emergency Operations Plan definition

Emergency Operations Plan means the Commonwealth of Virginia Emergency Operations Plan.
Emergency Operations Plan means that plan which sets forth the organization, administration and functions for emergency management by the state or local government;
Emergency Operations Plan means the plan developed and maintained by county and political subdivisions included in the emergency management program area for the purpose of responding to all emergency or disaster situations by identifying and organizing the disaster relief force.
