Emerging Market definition

Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.
Emerging Market means the emerging market board of Taipei Exchange in Taiwan;
Emerging Market means any country or market classified by a Supra-National Authority as an emerging market. As at the date of this Prospectus, such “Supra-National Authorities” are the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the OECD;

The following factors guide the Exchange’s assessment of the legal and regulatory environment of a jurisdiction: participation in key commercial and economic international organizations and agreements, such as NAFTA, OECD, APEC and the G20; and existing indices of economic development, such as the Heritage Foundation’s Index of Economic Freedom, which, among other factors, consider the prevalence of the rule of law, government and regulatory efficiency and market openness.
Emerging Market means any country that is included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index or composite thereof (or any successor index, if revised), or any country classified by the World Bank as a low to upper middle income country.
Emerging Market means the emerging market board of TPEx in Taiwan;
Emerging Market means the emerging market board of the TPEx; “Employees’ Remunerations” has the meaning given thereto in Article 136; “Indemnified Person” has the meaning given thereto in Article 163;
