Employees eligible to participate definition

Employees eligible to participate means employees who are eligible to be covered employees under the terms of the employee health care benefit plan.

Examples of Employees eligible to participate in a sentence

  • The Primary Committee shall have the sole and exclusive authority to determine the calendar year or years (if any) for which the Salary Investment Option Grant Program is to be in effect and to select the Section 16 Insiders and other highly compensated Employees eligible to participate in the Salary Investment Option Grant Program for such calendar year or years.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Administrator, the Eligible Employees eligible to participate in each sub-plan will participate in a separate Offering or in the Non-423 Component.

  • The Primary Committee may implement the Salary Investment Option Grant Program for one or more calendar years beginning after the Underwriting Date and select the Section 16 Insiders and other highly compensated Employees eligible to participate in the Salary Investment Option Grant Program for each such calendar year.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Administrator, the Employees eligible to participate in each sub-plan will participate in a separate Offering or in the Non-423 Component.

  • The Primary Committee shall have the sole and exclusive authority to determine the calendar year or years (if any) for which the Salary Investment Option Grant Program is to be in effect and to select the Section 16 Insiders and other highly compensated Employees eligible to participate in the Salary Investment Option Grant Program for those calendar year or years.

  • Employees eligible to participate in the ERHIP may opt out of the program.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Administrator, the Eligible Employees eligible to participate in each sub-plan will participate in a separate Offering under the 423 Component, or if the terms would not qualify under the 423 Component, in the Non-423 Component, in either case unless such designation would cause the 423 Component to violate the requirements of Section 423 of the Code.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Administrator, the Employees eligible to participate in each sub-plan will participate in a separate Offering.

  • If an Employee who is not a member of a classification of Employees eligible to participate in the Plan satisfies the age and service requirements specified in the Plan Agreement, he will begin to participate immediately upon becoming a member of an eligible classification.

  • If a Participant ceases to be a member of a classification of Employees eligible to participate in the Plan, but does not incur a One-Year Eligibility Break, he will continue to be credited with Years of Service for vesting while he remains an Employee, and he will resume participation as of the date on which he again becomes a member of a classification of Employees eligible to participate in the Plan.

Related to Employees eligible to participate

  • Eligible Person means individuals, corporations, trusts, the estates of deceased individuals, partnerships and unincorporated associations of persons;

  • Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.

  • Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Non-Employee Director means a Director who either (i) is not a current employee or officer of the Company or an Affiliate, does not receive compensation, either directly or indirectly, from the Company or an Affiliate for services rendered as a consultant or in any capacity other than as a Director (except for an amount as to which disclosure would not be required under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K promulgated pursuant to the Securities Act (“Regulation S-K”)), does not possess an interest in any other transaction for which disclosure would be required under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, and is not engaged in a business relationship for which disclosure would be required pursuant to Item 404(b) of Regulation S-K; or (ii) is otherwise considered a “non-employee director” for purposes of Rule 16b-3.

  • Covered Employees means all employees and agents of the Company who are responsible for performing, supervising, overseeing, or managing activities related to the maintenance of online political files, as required by the Political Record- Keeping Statute and Rule.
