Key Executive definition

Key Executive means an employee of a Textron Company who has been and continues to be designated as a Key Executive under the Plan by Textron’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.

  • The amount of expenses for which Key Executive is eligible to receive reimbursement during any calendar year shall not affect the amount of expenses for which Key Executive is eligible to receive reimbursement during any other calendar year during the term of this Agreement.

Key Executive means an individual
Key Executive means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, General Counsel, general partner or managing partner (if the “insured” is a partnership), managing member (if the “insured” is a limited liability company) or sole proprietor (if the “insured” is a sole proprietorship) of the “insured”. A “key executive” also means any other person holding a title designated by the “first named insured”, approved by the Insurer, and identified by endorsement to this Policy.
