Employer Nonelective Contribution definition

Employer Nonelective Contribution means a contribution to the Plan by the Employer on behalf of a Participant for a Plan Year in accordance with Article 4.7.
Employer Nonelective Contribution means any contributions to the Plan made by an Employer pursuant to Section 5.3(a).
