If an EMS Provider is no longer considered eligible or is no longer operational, these funds may be redirected to provide additional allocations to eligible EMS Providers within the same county to which funds were allocated.
EMS Provider Expenditure Reports not received by DSHS by the due date listed on the Deliverables Reporting Calendar (see Attachment F, Deliverables Reporting Calendar) may result in the EMS Provider not being eligible to receive funds in the following Contract term.
