EMS Provider definition

EMS Provider means those entities defined in G.S. 131E-155(13a) that hold a current license

  • Funds not distributed and reported in the end-of-the- year EMS Provider Distribution Report may result in disallowed costs.

EMS Provider means a firm, corporation or association which engages in or professes to provide emergency medical services.
