Ending Stock Price definition

Ending Stock Price means the average of the closing price of the applicable stock for the 90 calendar days up to and including the last day of the Performance Period.
Ending Stock Price means the volume-weighted average price per share of Common Stock for the month of December 201__ on the exchange on which Common Stock is traded, unless a Change in Control occurs before December 31, 201__, in which case the term means the value per share determined as of the date of the Change in Control, such value to be determined by the Compensation Committee in its reasonable discretion based on the actual or implied price per share paid in the Change in Control transaction.

Ending Stock Price means the average of the closing sales price of the Company’s Common Stock on the NYSE for the ten (10) trading days immediately preceding and including the last day of a Performance Period (or such other period as the Committee may determine); provided, however, for purposes of the Relative US Shopping Center Index TSR Performance Component, the Ending Stock Price shall be the closing sales price of the Company’s Common Stock on the last day of the applicable Performance Period.
