Endorsed Product definition

Endorsed Product means each part of the "Angle Iron" named product manufactured, promoted, advertised and sold by Company. Other products manufactured, promoted and advertised by Company are not considered an "Endorsed Product" under the terms of this agreement.
Endorsed Product means a putter manufactured, distributed, promoted, advertised and sold by TPC bearing the "Teardrop Putter" name and/or logo.
Endorsed Product means Tegra golf products, more specifically, ▇▇▇▇▇ and irons, headcovers, umbrella, towel and golf apparel.

  • During the Contract Period, TPC shall supply Consolidated Artists, at no charge, with such quantities of the Endorsed Product as Consolidated Artists may reasonably request for ▇▇▇▇'▇ use and the personal use of ▇▇▇▇'▇ immediate family.

  • In the event Licensee desires to include other products as an Endorsed Product, it shall submit such product to Licensor for its consideration and approval.

  • Company shall have the exclusive right and license to use, reproduce and to distribute the Player Endorsement during the Term, throughout the Territory and for purposes of advertising, promoting, marketing, sales and distribution of Endorsed Product, including, without limitation, use on label and packaging and in print, broadcast, electronics and any other media now known or hereafter created, subject to the quality control provisions set forth in the following section.

  • HM shall make available Performer's name, likeness (including, without limitation, Performer's taped appearance in the Programs, photographs, illustrations, films and videotapes), endorsements, testimonials, voice and autograph ("Performer's Endorsement") for use by CTC and its licensee(s) in the Territory in connection with the promotion, marketing and distribution of the Endorsed Product.
