Board Chair means the chair of the Board;
Vice-Chair means the Vice-Chair of the Board.
Vice-Chairperson means the Vice-Chairperson of the Board.
Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):
Deputy Chairperson means the deputy chairperson from time to time of the Trust if one is appointed in accordance of rule 4 of the Third Schedule;
Vice-Chairman means the Vice Chairman of the Board.
relevant director means any director or former director of the company or an associated company;
Deputy Chair means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chair’s duties if the Chair is absent for any reason
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by that person in a professional capacity; and
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
Continuing Director means, with respect to any Person as of any date of determination, any member of the board of directors of such Person who (a) was a member of such board of directors on the Closing Date, or (b) was nominated for election or elected to such board of directors with the approval of a majority of the Continuing Directors who were members of such board at the time of such nomination or election.
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Chair means the chair of the Board;
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Section 16 Officer means every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent (10%) of any class of any equity security (other than an exempted security) which is registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Section 16 officers include officers or directors of the issuer of such security, and those who perform a policy-making function for the issuer. See Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Nuveen Fund Board approves the list of Section 16 Officers for the Nuveen Funds on an annual basis. This list is maintained in the Legal Department in Chicago and includes portfolio managers, traders, and other access persons responsible for making policy related decisions.
Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;
Independent Fund Director means an independent director of an investment company advised by Invesco.
Alternate Director means a person elected or appointed to serve, as the occasion requires, as a member of the board of a company in substitution for a particular elected or appointed director of that company;
Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board;
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.

Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.
New Director means an individual whose election by the Board or nomination for election by the Company’s stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who either were directors at the Date of Grant or whose election or nomination for election was previously so approved or recommended. However, “New Director” shall not include a director whose initial assumption of office is in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation relating to the election of directors of the Company.
Chairman means the Chairman of the Board;
