Energy Benefits definition

Energy Benefits means access to funding, training, renewable or alternative energy, energy efficiency, or other beneficial resources disbursed by EEA, its agencies, and its offices.
Energy Benefits means the Energy accruing to a Supplier for a period as a result of this Agreement in excess of the Energy that would have accrued to such Supplier for such period in the absence of this Agreement, as determined in accordance with Annex “A”;

Examples of Energy Benefits in a sentence

  • The terms and provisions contained in this PPA constitute the entire agreement between Buyers and Seller with respect to the subject matter hereof, and shall supersede all previous communications, representations, or agreements, either oral or written, between Buyer and Seller with respect to the sale of Solar Energy Output and Renewable Energy Benefits from the Facility.

  • Seller desires to sell and deliver to Buyers at the Point of Interconnection the Solar Energy Output generated by the Facility and any Renewable Energy Benefits associated with such Solar Energy Output.

  • No Change in Applicable Law that eliminates, reduces or otherwise modifies any obligations of a Buyer to obtain Renewable Energy Benefits to comply with Applicable Law shall, in any such case, modify the obligations of the Parties hereunder.

  • Unless otherwise permitted under terms of the Lease, Lender and any Purchaser assigned rights of the Lessor by the Lender shall not take possession of the Solar Facility or the Renewable Energy Benefits.

  • Supplier shall take or cause to be taken all actions and do or cause to be done all things necessary, proper or advisable or as reasonably requested by Buyer to qualify for and for Supplier or Buyer to receive all available Renewable Energy Benefits and, if received by Supplier, to transfer Renewable Energy Benefits to Buyer, without further compensation.

  • All Renewable Energy Benefits shall be exclusively dedicated to and shall be vested in Buyer and Supplier hereby transfers to Buyer all Renewable Energy Benefits.

  • Seller shall not (a) sell, divert, grant, transfer or assign any Solar Energy Output, Renewable Energy Benefits, or Capacity Rights to any Person other than Buyer, (b) provide Buyer with any such items from any source other than the Facility or (c) divert, redirect or make available the Facility or any resource therefrom to another generating facility or any third party.

  • Supplier desires to sell to Buyer, firm energy generated by the Generating Facility and the associated Portfolio Energy Credits and Renewable Energy Benefits, as defined herein in Section 1.97, and Buyer wishes to purchase such energy, Portfolio Energy Credits and Renewable Energy Benefits from Supplier, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Except as provided in Section 8.2, all of the Solar Energy Output and Renewable Energy Benefits shall be dedicated exclusively to Buyers for so long as this Agreement is in force and effect.

  • Seller shall not be in default hereunder if it does not sell (or offer for sale) any Curtailed Energy or Curtailed Renewable Energy Benefits.

Related to Energy Benefits

  • Retirement Benefits means benefits paid by reference to reaching, or the expectation of reaching, retirement or, where they are supplementary to those benefits and provided on an ancillary basis, in the form of payments on death, disability, or cessation of employment or in the form of support payments or services in case of sickness, indigence or death. In order to facilitate financial security in retirement, these benefits may take the form of payments for life, payments made for a temporary period, a lump sum, or any combination thereof;
