Examples of Resource Adequacy Benefits in a sentence
Seller shall not substitute or purchase any Capacity, Energy, Ancillary Services or Resource Adequacy Benefits from any other generating resource or the market for delivery hereunder, nor shall Seller sell, assign or otherwise transfer any Product, or any portion thereof, to any third party other than to Buyer or CAISO pursuant to this Agreement.
Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain eligibility for Full Capacity Deliverability Status or Interim Deliverability Status for the Facility from the CAISO and shall perform all actions necessary to ensure that the Facility qualifies to provide Resource Adequacy Benefits to Seller.
The Parties acknowledge that an essential purpose of this Agreement is to both provide Resource Adequacy Benefits that satisfy the requirements of the Resource Adequacy Rulings, including the requirements of D.00-00-000, and to provide renewable generation that meets the requirements of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.
Resource Adequacy Benefits shall include any local, zonal or otherwise locational attributes associated with the CHP or Utility Prescheduled Facilities.
The Parties shall take all actions (including, without limitation, amending this Agreement) and execute all documents or instruments as may be reasonably necessary or advisable to effectuate the use of the Resource Adequacy Benefits of the Facility for City Light’s sole benefit throughout the Term.
