Public Benefits definition

Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in Schedule 3. Quantity Surveyor means a qualified independent and practising quantity surveyor with at least five years’ experience in the assessment of building and construction costs. Quantity Surveyor’s Assessment means the assessment by the Quantity Surveyor of the cost to deliver the Developer’s Works.
Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in Schedule 3.
Public Benefits means the public benefits identified in this Planning Agreement [INSERT REFERENCE] which are to be provided as a result of this Planning Agreement.

Examples of Public Benefits in a sentence

  • The Term has been established by the Parties as a reasonable estimate of the time required to develop the Project and obtain the Public Benefits.

  • The timing and implementation of Public Benefits shall occur at times set forth in this Agreement, and at such times as the Parties may subsequently agree in writing.


More Definitions of Public Benefits

Public Benefits means the provision of benefits to the community by the Developer in the form and at the times specified in clause 1 of Schedule 3. RAB (CEP) Act means the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020 (NSW). RAB (CEP) Regulation means the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Regulation 2020 (NSW).
Public Benefits means improvements, facilities, resources, and services beyond affordable housing for the benefit and enjoyment of the general public, pursuant to LAMC Chapter 1A Section 9.3
