Energy Center definition

Energy Center means OPC Hadera’s boilers and a steam turbine. The Energy Center currently serves as back-up for the OPC-Hadera power plant’s supply for steam and its turbine is not currently operating and is not expected to operate with generation of more than approximately 16MW;
Energy Center shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Energy Center means the facilities, structures, components, systems, infrastructures, equipment and spare parts (as set out in more detail in exhibit 1.16 to the Share and Facilities Purchase Agreement), which together comprise the energy center at Hadera Paper’s facility.

Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Yes, Vendor certifies business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. The notice must include a general description of the conduct resulting in the conviction of a felony.” Subsection (b) states, "a school district may terminate a contract with a person or business entity if the district determines that the person or business entity failed to give notice as required by Subsection (a) or misrepresented the conduct resulting in the conviction.   • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Cost center means a cost category delineated by cost reporting forms prescribed by the office.

  • Energy Storage Resource means a resource capable of receiving electric energy from the grid and storing it for later injection to the grid that participates in the PJM Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services markets as a Market Participant.
