Enforcement Action Notice definition

Enforcement Action Notice means a Notice given from Subordinate Lender to Senior Lender and Funding Lender, following one or more Subordinate Mortgage Default(s) and the expiration of any applicable notice or cure periods, setting forth in reasonable detail the Subordinate Mortgage Default(s) and the Enforcement Actions proposed to be taken by Subordinate Lender.
Enforcement Action Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(b).
Enforcement Action Notice means a written notice from Junior Lender to Senior Lender, given following a Junior Loan Default and the expiration of any notice or cure periods provided for such Junior Loan Default in the Junior Loan Documents, setting forth in reasonable detail the Enforcement Action proposed to be taken by Junior Lender.

  • Enforcement Action means any action to enforce any Obligations or Loan Documents or to exercise any rights or remedies relating to any Collateral (whether by judicial action, self-help, notification of Account Debtors, exercise of setoff or recoupment, exercise of any right to vote or act in a Loan Party’s Insolvency Proceeding, or otherwise), in each case solely to the extent permitted by the Loan Documents.

  • Non-Monetary Default Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11(d).
