Enhanced Care Services definition

Enhanced Care Services means a selected licensed adult foster home, nursing, or residential care facility where long term care supports are provided under a specific needs contract and mental health rehabilitation services are provided on site five to seven days a week.
Enhanced Care Services has the meaning provided for in OAR 309-019-0105. “Enrollment” has the meaning provided for in OAR 410-141-3500.
Enhanced Care Services means services, which are not Covered Services, defined in OAR 309-032-1500 through 309-032-1540 as provided to eligible persons who reside at facilities licensed by DHS SPD.

  • Contractor is responsible for coordinating with and supporting delivery of Services provided under this Contract with CMHP staff, who have primary responsibility for providing mental health services for Enhanced Care Services under the direction of OAR 309-019-0155.

For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Home health care services means medical and nonmedical services, provided to ill, disabled or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include homemaker services, assistance with activities of daily living and respite care services.

  • Basic health care services means in and out-of-area emergency services, inpatient hospital and

  • Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information. "Enhanced 911" or "E911" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Pharmacy care means medications prescribed by a licensed physician and any health-related services considered medically necessary to determine the need or effectiveness of the medications.
