Enhanced payout definition

Enhanced payout means a gambling game offered and sponsored by a gambling operation in which gaming patrons participate in a gambling game or an approved variation of a gambling game and thereby qualify for receiving, upon a specified outcome in the gambling game or the occurrence of a specified event, a payment or thing of value approved by the board in excess of published payouts contained in the internal control system approved by the board or as displayed on the electronic gaming device.

  • Debt Service Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
