Enterprise Refinery means all alumina refineries which the Enterprise Controls, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to the Kwinana, Pinjarra, Wagerup, Sao ▇▇▇▇, San Ciprian, Paranam/Suralco, and Point Comfort refineries.
