Entrustment Letter definition

Entrustment Letter means the letter of entrustment delegating the authority specified therein from the Director, Oversees Territories to Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Governor of Bermuda dated July 17th, 2015, which (pursuant to Bermuda’s formal notice of acceptance pursuant to paragraph 8 thereof) became effective on Tuesday, July 21st, 2015, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule I;
