The Municipality must ensure that all applications and their supporting documentation for an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) meet all applicable Terms and Conditions in this Agreement and any Schedules attached to this Agreement prior to submitting them to the Ministry for approval.
As a result of comments provided by the local District Office, changes to the project design and to the Environmental Compliance Approval application information may be required.
