Environmental Policies definition

Environmental Policies means the environmental insurance policy or policies, as applicable, issued by Environmental Insurer to Lessor with respect to the Properties, which Environmental Policies shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lessor in its sole discretion.

Environmental Policies means environmental insurance policies issued by Environmental Insurer to FFCA with respect to the Premises, which Environmental Policies shall be in form and substance satisfactory to FFCA in its sole discretion.

Environmental Policies means environmental insurance policies issued by Environmental Insurer to Lender with respect to the Premises, which Environmental Policies shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion.
