Enzyme Cost definition

Enzyme Cost means [*] per kilogram of Codexis Enzyme (or such other amount as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties); provided, however that if Codexis’ (or its contract manufacturers’ or suppliers’) costs in manufacturing the Codexis Enzymes materially increases or decreases, then Codexis shall provide Arch written notification and the Enzyme Cost shall be modified accordingly.
