EPA regional office definition

EPA regional office or “Regional EPA office” means the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, except that when used in 40 CFR 264.143(h), 264.145(h), 265.143(g) and 265.145(g), “EPA regional office” means the regional office of the United States Environmental Protection Agency in which the facility is located.
EPA regional office means "cabinet" as defined by KRS 224.1-010(8).
