If an agreement is negotiated, it is documented as a draft Planning Agreement and the parties agree on the terms of the accompanying explanatory note required by the EP&A Regulation.
If engaged in human subjects research as part of this agreement, the recipient agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of EPA Regulation 40 CFR 26 (Protection of Human Subjects).
