Equipment Area definition

Equipment Area that part of the Premises shown edged [COLOUR] on Plan [NUMBER] [or such other area specified by the Tenant under clause 4.5];
Equipment Area that part of the Landlord’s Premises shown edged [COLOUR] on Plan [NUMBER] [or such other area specified by the Landlord under clause 4.42];
Equipment Area means the meaning given such term in Paragraph 4(g).

Examples of Equipment Area in a sentence

  • The Outside Equipment and Outside Equipment Area shall be deemed to be a part of the Premises for purposes of the insurance provisions of this Lease, and, in addition, Tenant shall maintain, at Tenant’s cost, industry standard “boiler and machinery” insurance coverage with respect thereto.

  • Any generator in the Outside Equipment Area shall be used by Tenant only during (i) testing and regular maintenance, and (ii) the period of any electrical power outage in the Building.

Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.
