Equipment Errors definition

Equipment Errors means a reproducible failure of the Equipment to operate in accordance with such Equipment’s published specifications.

Related to Equipment Errors

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.
