Equipment Financing Transactions definition

Equipment Financing Transactions means the secured equipment financing arrangements of the Credit Parties set forth on Schedule 10.5.
Equipment Financing Transactions means any Capitalized Lease, Operating Lease, Purchase Money Indebtedness, and any sale-leaseback or other transactions consummated in connection therewith creating Capitalized Lease Obligations, Operating Lease Obligations or Purchase Money Indebtedness.

  • Financing Transactions means the execution, delivery and performance by each Loan Party of the Loan Documents to which it is to be a party, the borrowing of Loans, the use of the proceeds thereof and the issuance of Letters of Credit hereunder.
