Escalation Rights definition

Escalation Rights means the escalation rights as defined in clause 16 (Escalation Rights); Financial Year shall bear the same meaning as in section 275 of the NHS Act; GMS Contract means a general medical services contract made under section 84(1) of the NHS Act;
