Escrow Interest Account definition

Escrow Interest Account means the bank account of the Issuer with account number DKK 5078 1190132 (DK5850780001190132 / JYBADKKK) held with Jyske Bank into which any interest received under the Exchanged Existing Bonds, during the period from the First Issue Date up to the date when the conditions precedent for disbursement (as set out in Clause 4(b)) have been fulfilled, shall be deposited and which has been pledged in favour of the Agent and the bondholders (represented by the Agent) under the Escrow Accounts Pledge Agreement.

  • The Escrow Fund and the Escrow Interest Account shall be closed when no funds remain in such fund and account.

  • Interest due on the Escrow Term Bonds to be redeemed on the date set for redemption shall be paid from funds available therefor in the Interest Account that were transferred from Escrow Interest Account.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).

  • Escrow Account The Eligible Account or Accounts established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09(b).

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
