Escrow Interest Account definition

Escrow Interest Account means the bank account of the Issuer with account number DKK 5078 1190132 (DK5850780001190132 / JYBADKKK) held with Jyske Bank into which any interest received under the Exchanged Existing Bonds, during the period from the First Issue Date up to the date when the conditions precedent for disbursement (as set out in Clause 4(b)) have been fulfilled, shall be deposited and which has been pledged in favour of the Agent and the bondholders (represented by the Agent) under the Escrow Accounts Pledge Agreement.

  • In addition to the foregoing, amounts shall be disbursed from the Escrow Fund and the Escrow Interest Account as provided in Section 3.06(d) and (e).

  • Any payments of income from (i) the Indemnity Escrow Account, or the Escrow Interest Account, as the case may be, shall be subject to withholding regulations then in force with respect to United States Taxes.
