Escrow Redemption definition

Escrow Redemption means the obligation of the Issuer to redeem all of the Securities, pursuant to Section 3.09 of the Indenture if the assumption is not consummated by the Conditions Precedent Date.
Escrow Redemption means the obligation of Depositor under the Indenture to redeem all of the Notes if the Escrow Conditions are not satisfied on or prior to the Conditions Precedent Date.
Escrow Redemption has the meaning specified in the definition of “Coherent Acquisition Permitted Notes.”

Examples of Escrow Redemption in a sentence

  • Neither the Trustee nor the Escrow Agent shall have any liability for any shortfall to the extent of Escrow Redemption Price.

  • If the Escrow Agent receives a notice that an Escrow Redemption is to occur, this Section 3(d) and Section 3(c) shall be of no further effect and all Escrowed Property then held by the Escrow Agent shall be released in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Special Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.
