ESI ID(s) definition

ESI ID(s) means the Electric Service Identifiers for the property service addresses identified on Attachment B to this Agreement or if Customer is an existing Gexa customer then the list of service addresses currently served by Gexa, as such list may be modified from time to time as provided in Section 1.4.
ESI ID(s) means the Electric Service Identifiers for of the property service addresses identified on Attachment B to this Agreement, as such list may be modified from time to time as provided in Section 1.5.

Examples of ESI ID(s) in a sentence

  • The establishment, assignment and maintenance of ESI IDs shall be as determined by Applicable Legal Authorities.

  • In the event that Customer has more than one agreement with Constellation for service to ESI IDs not receiving service under this Agreement, any failure to pay under another agreement with Constellation will constitute a default under this Agreement and shall give Constellation the right to terminate this Agreement and seek any other remedy available to Constellation at law or in equity.

  • Customer appoints Gexa as its Retail Electric Provider (“REP”) for the ESI ID(s) served under this Agreement.

  • Customer authorizes Gexa to: (i) act as Customer’s REP for all purposes; and (ii) provide the services required of a REP including, without limitation, the procurement, scheduling and delivery of electricity throughout the Term to each of the ESI ID(s) in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions of Service set forth in Attachment A.

  • Customer shall purchase its electricity requirements from Gexa throughout the Term for each of the ESI ID(s) except as otherwise provided.

  • For each ESI ID which Customer wants to cancel Services under this Agreement, Customer must provide their name, address, phone number, the applicable ESI ID(s) and a statement that Customer is rescinding the Agreement as to such ESI ID(s).

  • Customer understands that the TDU, and not the Company, is responsible for the delivery of electricity to the Customer’s ESI IDs and owns the meter which measures the amount of electricity consumed by Customer.

  • A customer as represented by ESI IDs that is served by a POLR provider as a result of a mass transition under this section.

  • The transfer of customers as represented by ESI IDs from a REP to one or more POLR providers pursuant to a transaction initiated by the independent organization that carries the mass transition (TS) code or other code designated by the independent organization.

  • ENROLLMENT: This Agreement authorizes Company to enroll each of Customer’s ESI ID(s).

Related to ESI ID(s)

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
