ESOP Contributions definition

ESOP Contributions means the contributions made by the Employer to the ESOP pursuant to Section 4.4.
ESOP Contributions means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of all contributions made by NWS to the ESOP with respect to such period.
ESOP Contributions means the contributions made by an Employer on behalf of a Participant under Plan section 4.4.

Examples of ESOP Contributions in a sentence

  • Qualified Nonelective ESOP Contributions made by an Employer shall be allocated to the Qualified Nonelective ESOP Account of its employees who are both Participants and Non-Highly Compensated Employees.

  • ESOP Contributions for a Plan Year shall be allocated among active Participants for the Plan Year.

  • Subject to the limitations of Article VIII, ESOP Contributions for a Plan Year made in accordance with section 5.3 and Financed Shares and other property that are released from the Loan Repayment Account for a Plan Year in accordance with section 6.4 shall be allocated among the Eligible Participants for such Plan Year, in the manner provided in this Article VII.

  • Upon forfeiture of a portion of the Company Contributions or ESOP Contributions, the Trustee shall sell such amount of the securities allocated to the Participant's Account as may be necessary to effect the forfeiture.

  • However, such forfeited Company Contributions and ESOP Contributions will be restored to the Participant's Account should the Participant exercise restoration rights as defined in Section 7 of Article XI.


More Definitions of ESOP Contributions

ESOP Contributions means discretionary contributions made by the Company pursuant to Section 16.5.
