Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The Executive shall receive supplemental payments from the Association for the twenty-four (24) months following the month in which his employment is terminated in an amount for each month equal to one-twelfth of the fair market value as of December 31 of the Association's annual contribution to its Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") made on his behalf for the Plan year ending immediately preceding his date of termination.
