Estate Expenditure definition

Estate Expenditure shall have the same meaning as "Building Expenditure" save for the following alterations:-
Estate Expenditure means the aggregate of the expenditure hereinbefore defined that is to say Roadways Expenditure Gardens Expenditure and General Amenity Expenditure and is further defined in paragraph 6 of the Fourth Schedule hereto and the recovery of Value Added Tax incurred or under any head of expenditure
Estate Expenditure means either (i) for so long as the Landlord is the Freeholder of the Estate Common Parts the sum calculated pursuant to Clause 7.3 or (ii) in the event of the Landlord ceasing to be the Freeholder of the Estate Common Parts and no longer responsible for providing the Estate Services the sum payable from time to time by the Landlord under the provisions of the Head Lease or otherwise to the person responsible for supplying the Estate Services

  • The compensation for and the procedure for such Acquisition must be consistent with these Guidelines and the Authority’s Real Estate Expenditure Authorization Procedures as amended.

Related to Estate Expenditure

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group cash expenditures (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of expenditures in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned), including taxes, compensation of employees, officers and directors of the General Partner, reimbursement of expenses of the General Partner and its Affiliates, debt service payments, Maintenance Capital Expenditures, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings and payments made in the ordinary course of business under any Hedge Contracts, subject to the following:

  • Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.

  • Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.

  • Operating Lease Expense means the sum of all payments and expenses incurred by a Person, under any operating leases during the period of determination, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Lease Expense means, with respect to any Person, for any period for such Person and its subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, lease and rental expense accrued during such period under all leases and rental agreements, other than Capital Leases and leases of personal property, determined in conformity with GAAP.

  • Incremental property taxes means the taxes as provided in Iowa Code sections 403.19 and 260E.4. “Industry” means a business engaged in interstate or intrastate commerce for the purpose of manufacturing, processing, or assembling products, conducting research and development, or providing services in interstate commerce, but excludes retail, health, or professional services. An industry is a business engaged in activities described as eligible in the Act rather than the generic definition encompassing all businesses in the state doing the same activities. An industry is considered to be a single, corporate entity or operating subdivision. An industry which closes or substantially reduces its operation in one area of the state of Iowa and relocates substantially the same operation in another area of the state is not eligible for a project. This definition does not prohibit a business from expanding its operations in another area of the state provided that existing operations of a similar nature are not

  • Rent Expense means for any fiscal period, the total amount of rents and other charges payable during such period by the Credit Parties and their respective Subsidiaries under all Real Estate Leases to which they are a lessee, all as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any Person for any period, the aggregate amount of all expenditures (whether paid in cash or accrued as a liability) by such Person during that period for the acquisition or leasing (pursuant to a Capital Lease) of fixed or capital assets or additions to property, plant, or equipment (including replacements, capitalized repairs, and improvements) which should be capitalized on the balance sheet of such Person in accordance with GAAP.

  • Property Expenses means the costs (including, but not limited to, payroll, taxes, assessments, insurance, utilities, landscaping and other similar charges) of operating and maintaining any Eligible Property or Property which secures Other Recourse Debt that are the responsibility of the Borrower or the applicable Material Subsidiary that are not paid directly by any Tenant, but excluding depreciation, amortization, interest costs and maintenance capital expenditures.
