On the occurrence of any Condemnation of, or damage or destruction to, the Property, the Board shall make a determination as to whether the Estimated Cost of Restoration is 75% or more of the estimated Restored Value of the Property.
Upon the occurrence of any damage or destruction to the Project or any part thereof, or upon a complete or partial taking of the Project under eminent domain or by grant or conveyance in lieu thereof, the Board shall make a determination as to whether the excess of Estimated Cost of Restoration over Available Funds is twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the estimated Restored Value of the Project.
