Estimated flow definition

Estimated flow means a calculated volume or discharge rate that is based on a technical evaluation of the sources contributing to the discharge including, but not limited to, pump capabilities, water meters, and batch discharge volumes.
Estimated flow means, for any given period for any Member, the total number of Gallons of Wastewater to be delivered to the Enterprise during such period from such Member, as estimated by LAVWMA pursuant to Section 4.02.
