Water Meters. Developer shall install the water meter pit and the BPW shall install the water meter after payment is received for the applicable fees and charges.
Water Meters. (a) With input provided by the Utility Policy Committee, the City will inspect install, repair and replace water meters for all Customers. Water meters will be inspected, maintained, tested, repaired and replaced in accordance with the guidelines established by the American Water Works Association or the then current industry standard unless required sooner. The City shall apply the same standards of installation, repair, and replacement of water meters to all Customers.
Water Meters. If there shall be any meters measuring water consumption at the Real Estate (other than meters measuring water consumption which is the obligation of a Tenant), Seller shall attempt to obtain meter readings to a date that is no more than thirty (30) days before the Closing, and, if such readings are obtained, the unfixed water rates and charges and sewer taxes and rents, if any, based thereon for the intervening time, shall be apportioned on the basis of such readings, or if such readings are not obtained, the unfixed water rates and charges and sewer taxes and rents, if any, shall be apportioned upon the last meter readings.
Water Meters. The contractor shall ensure that a water meter is constantly connected to the water supply during the construction period, is clearly visible and is well maintained.
Water Meters. 1. Water meters shall conform to the requirements and standards set forth in The Facility Owner’s Standard Specifications.
Water Meters. All new Buildings shall be constructed with water meters, to City specifications, at the sole expense of the Developer.

The District shall cause each landowner participating in the District Water Service Program to install a water meter on his or her well and to provide monthly reporting of his or her diversion. The water meter must be installed and certified before water is first diverted under the HASP Augmentation Plan, and it must be certified every ten (10) years thereafter. The District shall cause each landowner participating in the District Water Service Program to permit access to HASP representatives or the State or Division Engineer upon the landowner’s property to make meter readings, verify meter readings or other information submitted by the District or the landowner, or verify the nonuse of any xxxxx or other structures.
Water Meters. 1. Water meters shall conform to the requirements and standards set forth in the DWM’s Specification Section 02668.
