Water MetersDeveloper shall install the water meter pit and the BPW shall install the water meter after payment is received for the applicable fees and charges.
Water MetersLessee shall install a water meter or meters at sufficient locations to accurately measure the gross volume of water produced from the Premises, prior to treatment or otherwise making the water ready for sale or use. Following the completion of construction of any groundwater production well, Lessee shall submit regular annual reports specifying all water produced from the Premises, including all meter readings, during the preceding year. Such report shall be in a form approved by and acceptable to Lessor. Copies of the original calibration certificate for each meter installed by Lessee shall be provided to Lessor following installation. Upon Xxxxxx’s request at any reasonable time (but not to exceed once annually so long as meters appear to be functioning correctly), Lessee shall, at Xxxxxx’s sole expense, have any water meter in operation hereunder calibrated by a reputable meter calibration firm. Lessee shall provide reasonable written notice to Lessor prior to having meters calibrated so that Lessor may witness such calibration. Lessor shall have the right, at Lessor’s expense, to install its own water meter(s) at any and each well head operated by Lessee for the purpose of verifying the amount of groundwater produced from the Premises.
Water Meters. If there are any meters measuring water consumption at the Real Property (other than meters measuring water consumption for which a tenant is obligated to pay the charges therefor directly to the utility company), Seller shall attempt to obtain meter readings to a date that is no more than thirty (30) days before the Closing, and, if such readings are obtained, the unfixed water rates and charges and sewer taxes and rents, if any, based thereon for the intervening time, shall be apportioned on the basis of such readings, or if such readings are not obtained, the unfixed water rates and charges and sewer taxes and rents, if any, shall be apportioned upon the last meter readings.
Water Meters. (a) With input provided by the Utility Policy Committee, the City will inspect install, repair and replace water meters for all Customers. Water meters will be inspected, maintained, tested, repaired and replaced in accordance with the guidelines established by the American Water Works Association or the then current industry standard unless required sooner. The City shall apply the same standards of installation, repair, and replacement of water meters to all Customers. (b) The actual costs incurred by the City to install, repair and replace water meters shall be allocated to each Customer Class as described in Article 8.
Water Meters. The District shall cause each landowner participating in the District Water Service Program to install a water meter on his or her well and to provide monthly reporting of his or her diversion. The water meter must be installed and certified before water is first diverted under the HASP Augmentation Plan, and it must be certified every ten (10) years thereafter. The District shall cause each landowner participating in the District Water Service Program to permit access to HASP representatives or the State or Division Engineer upon the landowner’s property to make meter readings, verify meter readings or other information submitted by the District or the landowner, or verify the nonuse of any xxxxx or other structures.
