SUR means the software use rights agreements which include additional or supplemental terms and conditions under which Software is licensed and which is made available on xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.

SMEs mean micro, small and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning of Recommendation 2003/361/EC in the version of 6 May 2003.
Cadre means the strength of a service or a part of a service sanctioned as a separate unit.
Chauffeur means every person employed for the principal purpose of driving a motor vehicle and
AICTE means “All India Council for Technical Education.”
NZME means all companies in the NZME Group including but not limited to APN Holdings NZ Limited, NZME. Publishing Limited, NZME. Radio Limited, GrabOne Limited and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.
IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.
Norway means the Kingdom of Norway, and includes the land territory and internal waters, the territorial sea and the area beyond the territorial sea where the Kingdom of Norway, according to Norwegian legislation and in accordance with international law, may exercise her rights with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources; the term does not comprise Svalbard, Jan Mayen and the Norwegian dependencies (“xxxxxx”);
FAIS means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, No. 37 of 2002.
Houseboat means watercraft primarily used as habitation and not used primarily as a means of transportation.
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Bait means any salt, mineral, grain, or other feed. Salt or mineral blocks used for normal agricultural practices are not considered bait.
