EU Securitisation Repository definition

EU Securitisation Repository means European DataWarehouse GmbH, in its capacity as securitisation repository and registered in accordance with Article 10 of the EU Securitisation Regulation.
EU Securitisation Repository means SecRep B.V., being a "securitisation repository" under Article 2(23) of the EU Securitisation Regulation which is registered pursuant to Article 10 of the EU Securitisation Regulation and which has been appointed for such purpose by the Issuer.
