Euroclear System definition

Euroclear System means the book-entry custody and settlement system operated by Euroclear Nederland.
Euroclear System means the clearance and settlement system for internationally traded securities operated by Euroclear, including all services offered by Euroclear in respect of securities held or recorded in any account as set forth in the Euroclear Terms and Conditions.
Euroclear System. ’ means the securities settlement system that has been operated by EB or its predecessor since 1968 and the assets, means, and rights related to such services.
