A set of recommendations and a roadmap for hybrid rice technology development and integration into regional and national programmes in Africa were elaborated. Following the HLW, a 3-week Training Course on hybrid rice development was conducted through the main modalities of lectures, laboratory work and field visits. A total number of 19 participants from 11 African countries attended the HLW and Training.

July 2014. The enterprise will make payment during parental leave of up to eleven weeks subject to the same contions. Out of these eleven weeks, each parent is entitled to payment for four weeks. Payment ceases if the leave reserved for the individual parent is not taken. The remaining three weeks’ holiday will be paid to either the father or the mother. The eleven weeks must be taken within 52 weeks of the birth. Three weeks’ notice must be given of the eleven weeks, unless agreed otherwise. The leave of each of the parents may be divided into no more than two periods, unless agreed otherwise.
