July 2014. 4. The enterprise will make payment during parental leave of up to eleven weeks subject to the same contions. Out of these eleven weeks, each parent is entitled to payment for four weeks. The 7-day HLW was organized to discuss the impact of research and development investments in hybrid rice to-date, constraints and further research needs, generate political support and target continued investment in hybrid rice research for integration in rice value chain development in Africa. A set of recommendations and a roadmap for hybrid rice technology development and integration into regional and national programmes in Africa were elaborated. Following the HLW, a 3-week Training Course on hybrid rice development was conducted through the main modalities of lectures, laboratory work and field visits. A total number of 19 participants from 11 African countries attended the HLW and Training.
